Betty and Dawn were totally awesome today! I rented a storage unit as my family and I are going to be moving. These ladies made the experience super simple! The process in the office was incredibly streamlined. Then, they took the time to walk us to our unit, make sure our gate code worked, and gave us the ins and outs of where to park to access the unit. Incredibly friendly and highly recommended! This review applies solely to Danielle. Snapbox should hang on to this lady like a piece of gold. I interacted with three customer service reps at this company over almost a 2-week period before speaking with Danielle and received either inaccurate/wrong or incomplete information. When I called Snapbox this morning I was quite irritated by what I had assumed was yet another either incompetent or malicious (click-and- bait variety) communication from the company. Danielle discussed issues effectively and clarified everything that has occurred since I stated renting storage with Snapbox. She was also very clear and cordial about letting me know what to expect in the future.

Dawn and Betty were wonderful to work with. We needed some additional space, and they handled everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you both again for your support!
