SmartStop Self Storage

I am so glad I found this particular storage company! I had gone to another originally, and evidently I missed the appointment (by 2-3 minutes). Property manager gone. I reevaluated my needs and put a call into this company/ Jensen Beach. Thrilled, the property manager, Kim, was totally awesome. Had a space for me near the office. Building and space- very clean. So happy I “missed” my other appointment yesterday!

I went to SmartStop in Jensen Beach to rent a parking spot for a boat for a full year. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I met Kim at the counter who was very friendly and polite. Kim found a few open spots and gave me a list to go look at the spots and see which one fit my needs the best. I picked a spot and explained to her that I had to pick the boat up in Ocala but would have it at the location in a week. Kim held the spot for me even though it took 2 weeks to get the boat to Jensen. I spoke with her several times over the two weeks and she assured me I’d have a spot when I got there. She kept her word. I arrived to find Kim not there, but Sean was there and kept the gate open for a bit of a late arrival. Sean was awesome. I was alone, and the spot was a bit tight to get into. Sean and I unhooked and pushed the boat into the spot. He too was so polite and friendly it was a great experience. I also spoke a few time with Darlene who kept me updated on the availability of open spots while I waited for the boat. She called on her own, and showed genuine care. The entire staff there are quite professional. The prices are affordable and the location is kept clean. I would recommend SmartStop to anyone looking to store in the Jensen Beach area. Thanks! Al

Absolutely love this place! Darleen was amazing!!! She was so helpful first thing when I showed up, and helped me so kindly upgrade and change my unit when I got one that was too small. I highly recommend!! Great place, great service!

Excellent Experience at SmartStop Self Storage! The team here was very helpful from start to finish. They sold me a quality lock right on-site, and the entire facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were easy to access, and the self-coding system was simple and user-friendly. What I appreciated most is that there’s an actual person on-site—not just a robot or kiosk—who’s available to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s clear they care about their customers. Customer service is top notch, Kim is incredible. She helped us to find the right unit for our needs asap. We moved our things in real time and were in our way in no time at all. She made us feel very welcome to the area ☺️
