Very unprofessional staff and managers. They gave me wrong payment dates because they got me and another person with the same first name and last name mixed up THREE TIMES so I was getting charged late payments due to the associates wrong information until once I asked the associate to print all my payments and she gave me all the personal information of the other person! They NEVER refunded me for the “late payments” !

Destiny and Maria are a credit to Smartstop Self Storage, they go above and beyond with their customer service and will stick up for you when they know you are right! i have been with them for a good while and i will keep being a loyal customer because of people like Maria and Destiny!

I went to open a storage unit around 12:15 and waited for about 10 minutes. Since no one was there, I called the number on the sign and was told someone would be back in 15 minutes. I waited, but no one showed up. Later, I returned around 2:00 and saw someone inside on the phone. Instead of assisting me, she just pointed to a sign that said "Be back at 2:30." At that point, I decided to leave for good there are plenty of other storage facilities that value customers' time.
