SmartStop Self Storage

Went to SmartStop this morning to rent a storage locker. The building was very clean and well set out. Came away 45 minutes later having picked the locker, done all the paperwork and checked my pass code and lock we're functional. Sam was very friendly and answered all our questions and was ultra efficient. I would recommend them if you need quick and hassle free locker storage.

I met Sam when inquiring about storage units and price. He showed me a unit I was interested and quoted a fair price. While touring the facility I notice how clean the facility was. The security is excellent and the security is easy to remember and not complicated. The following day when storing my belongings in the storage unit I met Jim the manager. He was cordial and helpful. The storage unit is terrific.

If you decide to use Smart stop self-storage come in and see Jim he is amazing, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, checks up on you while you at the facility , always has cool attitude. The units are always clean and spacious.

We moved out of Florida about 4 years ago. We anticipated buying another home within a year or 2. After looking at several storage unit businesses in the South Hutchinson Island area, and on the main land, we chose , due to the cleanliness, climate controlled, staff the SmartStop in Fort Pierce. Over time we have removed boxes from the unit. We expected to see some issues, bugs, etc. Absolutely as clean and bug free as the day we placed them there. The unit and hallways are always well light, totally clean of any debris. Even after removing the boxes 4 years later, not one had any issues. Most of them were packed in cardboard boxes. We highly recommend this storage unit if you value your items. Outstanding 5 STAR ALL THE WAY !????

Excellent customer support and facility maintenance. Fort Pierce FL SmartStop Manager, Jim was very helpful in selecting the right storage bin for my needs. During my year and a half stay he assisted me in finding a larger bin to accommodate my belongings following the sale of my home in Maryland. Finally he helped me expedite my move out once I purchased a local home. The facility is kept very clean with excellent security.
