They don't puck up the phone, but will take your payment and not allow you access for over 2 weeks after I've already paid. I still can't get into my storage. I call spoke to Sharife or whatever and he told me twice he would take care of it. I go back all the way to west park again and still I can't get into my storage they won't answer my calls but have no problem taking my money.

Been you this place off and on for years. Great customer service and I feel safe leaving my things there.. keep up with the up keep of everything...

The employees are very nice, the hold building is well kept. But the prices are little high. They always have rental truck available 👍

This facility is well maintained and kept clean. I've tried other units that claim to be climate controlled but this one does the best job of actually maintaining a reasonable temperature and humidity level so I don't have to worry about the safety of my items.
