I have been renting the same unit sense 2013. and sense you all have taken over my rent have doubled in prices. You people don't seem to care about your long term customers. you won't even answer a phone call or an email. The Staff at Cleawater Are Great. You Can Not Talk To Anybody in the Corporate a Very Shamful Company. These People hide behind ther e computers and do not take to there customers.

Helen assisted my adult daughter with renting a storage unit, and I accompanied her during the process. I was very impressed with Helen’s professionalism. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained all documents and procedures clearly and confidently. We truly appreciated her guidance and attention to detail.

I just signed a lease today for a storage unit (5x10) at the Clearwater location. I was lucky enough to work with Helen today! She was an amazing help; very informative and really knows the ins and outs of the facility and what I need to know. I really appreciate her! Looking forward to moving my stuff into the unit and working with the company for many months!
