I spoke to a lovely lady today named Shadia about my account and she was so helpful and ahead of any questions I had. My bank account that was set up for auto pay had been breached so my storage account was behind. Shaida took care of my problem in seconds, I was able to catch up and change my info and everything was done quickly and efficiently, not to mention she is personality plus and I enjoyed talking to her. I was just calling around for storage prices and information and had used Vero Airport Storage in the past 9 years ago . I’ve recently downsized to a condo and my son is out of the house and has his own house but not wanting to take on the stuff he left behind yet . A lot of it is sentimental and then there are two surf boards . I don’t have room for them and spoke with Shadia who spent a good amount of time with me on the phone to analyze if she had a storage unit the size I needed . We went over pricing and the longer we talked the more she sold me on using Vero Airport Storage . Within 15-20 minutes we together decided what size of a unit would best serve me and worked on pricing since I was a previous customer . We agreed on everything over the phone including signing a rent agreement, date of moving in and unit number . Now all I have to do is pack up the rest of his left behinds and store it for him until he has the time to go through them . He is living and working in Orlando . The five stars are Shadia . Shadia was so knowledgeable about setting up my account and made everything so easy to understand, it made the process seamlessly simple. I did it all online, in a matter of minutes, and Shadia sent all the documents quickly getting me into a unit in less than 10 minutes, from start to finish. Since then, I've rented a second unit for my business and again, Shadia took care of everything after a simple phone call. She really has been kind and professional, something that seems to be forgotten in today's world. I highly recommend this place! They have great rates, new customer discounts, and the BEST customer service reps, like Shadia!

Sebastian Quality Storage is THE BEST facility I have ever worked with. In a pinch, I needed a storage unit & everywhere was full or the rates were astronomical. I found this hidden gem and they were able to get me in right away with a very reasonable price that I was happy with! The facility is extremely clean, as well! It served my purpose & when I was able to readjust, they made the move-out process a breeze! Shadia, the Facility Manager was kind, communicated well and truly made you feel like family! Having rented many storage units over the years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Moving is never fun, but she made the experience so easy in & out. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her! If I ever need storage again, this is going to be my first call! Highly recommended!!! Professional, compassionate - I cannot say enough good things!
