Rock Creek Self Storage

We love this storage facility. We have had a couple different units here and many at other facilities locally. The units are clean, secure and easily accessible. We are confident we will keep our belongings here safely for a long time to come. Should be noted that the office manager Megan is exceptionally well prepared, informative and friendly. Megan is amazing!!! She has been so incredibly helpful from day one! So polite and always kind and smiling. The office is beautifully kept and the public restroom. The entire facility is super clean and easy to navigate. Nothing bad to say whatsoever, my dad recommended this facility to us and we would highly recommend this to anyone as well!

I don't really leave reviews anywhere, but I wanted to get as many people as possible to know about Miss Megan over at Rock Creek storage. She is such a sweet young lady that consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel seen and heard for all my needs, and there have been many needs that came from my family and I. Not once did it ever feel like we were a bother or nuisance. I would and have recommend rock creek, but mostly Megan, to anyone needing storage. You really can't beat the customer service.

I've been at Rock Creek for over 2 years, they have the best prices in town, I feel very secure in keeping my belongings there, love how large the isles are and the young lady that runs the place, Megan, is an absolute doll! So many times she's seen me either before or after office hours when nature called and she didn't even hesitate to open the whole place up for me. I've have so many interactions with her while she's outside tidying up and that girl is so funny and just seems like a genuinely happy person. I wish all my interactions with the public was so joyful and easy!
