How is it possible that after already renting the storage unit and bringing the scooter in several times, you suddenly decide to give me a hard time and say I can’t bring it in? Nowhere in your contract does it say scooters or bicycles cannot be stored. Terrible service. And to Valentina (or whatever your name is): your job is to assist clients, not roll your eyes when someone asks for directions in a confusing facility layout. You were nice only while getting the lease signed—after that, a complete 180 with an attitude. Giving a person with disabilities a hard time is unacceptable. I hope you get back exactly what you put out.

Truly one of the best storage places I have ever worked with. Staff is always friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions or concerns. 24 hour surveillance, ac units as well as outdoor. They have all equipment available for you to unload your vehicle and even locks for sale that aren’t over priced. They are always doing promos and truly have the best deals in town. Storage unit doors are not short 4’ where you are struggling to get your items into storage. High key recommend for all your storage needs.
