This is the better storage place versus the one next-door, which is El Paso self storage. This one gives you 10% military discount and you get your security deposit back at the end which is $30. And they do not mandate having rental insurance. So I picked this one over El Paso self storage, which is geographically next-door for the price of my one 5 x 5 storage.

Really like this storage place! Better prices than other places I looked at & the staff guy is very friendly and has helped me out with things a few times. I would recommend this place!

Vikki and Vance have been wonderful to me and my family since the day I met them. I would highly recommend this place, very helpful, very kind. Clean units, never had any Issues with pests, not even spiders! I’m very happy that I had the opportunity to cross paths with these two amazing individuals, they run a great business 🥰

Well I attempted to get a unit at this facility on 8/13/19, upon walking in the place I noticed the place looks great, clean and well taken care of. As I walk through the door there was a couple currently getting assistance from the worker. His greeting to me was "What do you need"? with an attitude. I told him I was looking for a unit in which the response was "Its going to be a while" So I promptly walked out. As a place that deals with the general public I was expecting at least a little bit of customer service or at least a decent attitude. Obviously the quality of the facility doesn't match the quality of the customer service. How may I help you would have been nice followed up with an estimated amount of time and ask if I would like to come back. But no just terrible customer service. All I have to say is I will not be spending my money with this place. Thanks for being a perfect example of how to lose a customer.
