We've used Pace Self-Storage for almost 15 years and they are the best of the best. They are locally owned and I couldn't have asked for a better company to partner with.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I just believe this place deserves one from me. I went through a rough patch and got a few months behind but have been with them years. They were so patient and understanding and it reminded me of the years when customers mattered. In this day and age in the corporate world you don’t see this anymore. I was able to pay in full and they were so pleasant during those rough months after a near fatal car wreck that my 17 year old went through that caused me to miss much work at the time and get behind. Thank you Kim and the sweet lady up front for being a part of this community!

We rented a unit there 3 years ago and we had no problems of any kind and would recommend this place to anybody. You belongings are secure and need a password to get in after hours. Makes me feel good with that kind of security.

As a consistently growing small business, I had the pleasure of utilizing Pace Storage as our staging business grew from 1 to 5 units in less than a year, and throughout our expansion Kim accomodated us for any and all issues, needs or concerns we had! Our inventory now resides in our large Pensacola warehouse, but whether you need a 10x10 or the largest storage possible, i CANNOT recommend enough Pace Self Storage, Kim and her team as the best Pace has to offer!!🏆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rented here for one year. I quickly removed my belongings when i discovered rats in my unit. I talked to the office and they asked me if i had food in my unit. I did not. Then they said they hadn't had a rat problem there for a while. However they did give us another unit to go through our stuff so that we could use both units at no extra charge. And gave us rat poison. None of this helped! We moved everything out of our first unit and only left my daughters stuff in the other one. Rats got to her stuff too! There was nothing in her unit except furniture, shoes and clothes. You could see the floor for the most part. Her husband was so upset and he asked them why do they have rats...they said that they treat the outside of the units and not the inside! He said well isn't the inside where you make your money? That being said nothing happened to help them either!
