Went to the opening of the new building in St Augustine in front of Palencia on Route 1. Beautiful facility. Everyone there was extremely helpful and professional. Kieth helped me by showing me different units so that I got the size I need. He was extremely patient as I looked at and priced a few different units. Ended up getting a 5x10. Kieth also made the checkout process a breeze. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility!!

Climate controlled storage units, facilities are kept clean tidy, and provide carts and other means to make moving your items in and out of storage very convenient. Site is secured by a security gate with pin code access. Staff is professional and friendly, very diligent in making sure that I got precisely what I needed and stopped what they were doing to take care of me when I showed up randomly one day. In a world where people take less pride In their work and have little to no work ethic, these folks go above and beyond customer service.
