Newbridge Lock & Go Self Storage

I am not somebody that usually writes reviews but in this case I feel it necessary. I have been a tenant for over a year at Newbridge storage. My lease is up and I am moving soon but I wanted to thank Gary Cintron for all his help and guidance with my moving into the storage facility. He is not just the landlord of the storage facility he Is always there if you need something or have any questions . He treats everybody with respect and is friendly with everybody. He acknowledges people when they come into the facility and greets them & says hello. You can definitely tell he cares about Newbridge storage . The facility is always clean well-maintained and I have a climate controlled unit which is always nice and cool when I open up the door. As I move Forward. Absolute BEST experience I ever had with a storage facility. Gary the manager totally went out of his way. I walked in and he showed me a couple units that might work for my use case. I told him I just needed it temporarily; like 5-7 days to wait for a closing. Told him I could spend 100 dollars and he said no worries, you have can use it for FREE. WHAT?!! Yes, class act and he even assisted with an unscrupulous moving company I unfortunately ended up hiring. Total selfless act and couldn’t recommend them more highly. In addition, the place was super clean! I will be using them from now for all my storage needs in Palm City.

New Bridge Lock & Go Self Storage is a very nice facility. The facility is always kept clean and accessible. We have no worries leaving our belongings stored here because of how secure the property is. Gary the manager is such a great guy and always goes above and beyond to meet our expectations.

I've had up to four storage units over the past 6 years - 24-hr. access is a MUST - the staff is great, the location is secure & convenient for me, I looked at EVERY storage facility in Palm City 6 years ago when I chose this one over all the others! I've used at least (10) storage facilities in my life & this is by fat the BEST. I highly recommend it to you for ALL your storage needs. #JC4ontheBeach

I have been a client of Newbrige for Over ten years!! Everything about this property is 5 STARS!! The Manager is Always helpful, kind & professional. The property is well maintained, always clean. I can't say enough about my experience there, the best!
