I’ve been a customer at My Neighborhood Storage Center of Magnolia in Orlando for several years, and the main reason I’ve remained loyal is because of Amanda, the manager. While staff turnover can be common, Amanda has been the constant, dependable presence at this location for the past three years. Her commitment to excellence is evident in everything she does, whether personally ensuring the restrooms are clean for customers or going the extra mile to investigate incidents on the property. I once found her meticulously reviewing footage and details to determine who had hit the gate; her attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a secure and welcoming facility truly impressed me. Amanda is consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. Her positive energy and genuine care for the property and the customers make a huge difference. She is the heart of this location, and I cannot speak highly enough of her service and commitment.

I just moved into a storage unit and had a very positive experience. Amanda was very helpful with the application process. She was very supportive - having been employed there for quite awhile. It’s always a good sign when an employee has been there for several years, and is positive about their employment. She went above and beyond to make sure my move in was a smooth one. I liked the locked storage bay access while unloading. The inside storage facility is clean, seemed safe and is climate controlled.
