Please do not rent a storage unit from here unless you are prepared to lose a lot of your personal property to move, rats, and roaches. I stored a lot of belongings there after Hurricane Idalia destroyed my home. I was able to go there yesterday to try and get important documents and an antique vanity my father gave me before he passed. The vanity was full of roaches and there was an alive rats nest in one of my suitcases. Like I opened it and there were literal alive baby rodents in it. I called and talked to a representative named Savanna and she told me I needed to send a picture of it cleaned out. I told her I retrieved what I could salvage but the rest I was not touching due to the pest infestation. She said it could be up to a $250 cleaning fee and I told her there isn’t much left in the unit so I doubt it would be $250 because that’s the max and there wasn’t a lot of stuff left. Then I get a text saying they’re charging me $250, for a vanity and a box of shredded up feces filled roach infested paperwork, and some kids toys and clothes that were completely saturated with RAT URINE. Just wanted to give warning. I know they do a cheap deal the first couple months which is what initially got me to use them but it’s honestly not worth it. The stuff I left in there barely took up a fraction of the unit and to charge me $250 to clean up a unit of my ruined belongings because yall have a pest infestation is mind blowing to me.

The storage unit we initially bought smelled like rat urine and had rat dropping everywhere. These clearly aren't maintained. The only positive is the size of the units and the affordability

This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have used it’s safe, secure and you have your own individual code to enter the gate. If you happen to have an an issue with your code. Just call customer service ,they’ll get you in , in just a few moments, Customer service team has been really helpful very polite and the prices are phenomenal and the online process for renting a storage unit is by far the easiest !
