Paula at Mission Bay Self Storage absolutely nailed it today. I’m picking up a 20-foot U-Haul and she made the whole process flawless and actually fun. She did her due diligence ahead of time and had everything ready to go, so I was in and out without any hassle. Super organized, friendly, and on top of every detail. If you’re renting a truck here, ask for Paula.

I’ve been at Mission Bay Self Storage longer than I ever expected. Another thing I wasn’t expecting was the phenomenal service that they’ve continued to show me since day one. Between Aaron and Paula’s accommodations and thoughtful emails that include fundraisers, raffles/giveaways, while updating everyone with a newsletter. I can truly say these guys are definitely five star! They offer 24 hour access with 24 hour security, and well lit for the night owls. Double gate access. 1. Pick up or return U-Haul and XXL Units 2. Access to personal and commercial units. They’re there to help you choose which unit is right for your needs and they DO NOT pressure you at all. Being in a quality location, friendly service, and partnered with U-Haul you can’t go wrong at Mission Bay Self Storage!!! Highly recommended!!!!! Rob L-
