Midgard Self Storage

Very easy process to rent here! Took about 10 minutes. I used the video kiosk, Darian let me look at a 10x10 unit before renting so I would have an idea of what size I needed. I came back to the office and Emmanuel and Rose got me through the rest. The facility is very clean, everything works properly, and it has good lighting. Totally recommend Midgard.

We have used Midgard twice before and was very pleased. When we moved in June we needed 2 storage units until we got organized and the process to rent was smooth from beginning to end. I love that they use their own locks this time and that they have a code so we don’t lose keys. Anytime we have had a question, we would call and get it dealt with right away. We will stay with Midgard as long as we need for our storage needs.

The virtual assistance felt awkward at first. But because David and Chase were so nice, they made it a great experience! So helpful. Explained everything perfectly! The new units in the annex are very clean, well numbered. Two access points. The rear access point is much closer to our unit. The cart fillets they have help to move multiple items at once. So far exceptional experience with Dave and Chase and the facility itself.

The rental process was easy. Chase was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and walked me through everything. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Ashley and Emmanuel are the absolute best! Please let both of them know they have been amazing! They were so polite and helpful to answer all of our questions. They were very patient and just nice which seems to be so rare nowadays .
