Marco Self Storage

We are very happy with our experience at Marco Self Storage. From my first contact, Maya was friendly, helpful and professional. She followed up with a phone call (so rare in this age of text and email!) on the day before our check-in to make sure we had the gate code and were clear on the instructions. In addition to excellent service the facility was just as described: secure, and in a very convenient location. Highly recommend.

This business is a stand up, fair business! Rented. 40' parking space for a new to us RV for a month, and the deal got delayed for lack of a title for three weeks. The onwer refunded all but $40.00 of our money, the rate of a much smaller space, after three days. Highly recommend dealing with this company, and the staff! Great people, Lazaro, and Mya, with a customer service first attitude. They will have any of my storage business if need in the future.

Wonderful clean self storage facility. We needed to move from a non climate facility to a climate controlled one. We walked into Marco Self Storage and was greeted by Lazaro who is a wealth of knowledge showing us the facility and helping us choose the right size storage unit within our budget. This place is amazing. I was out of the country for almost 2 years. Whenever I called they were there. I had no problem extending my stay. Lazaro is awesome. If he wasn't there when I called because it was after hours, he would call me back as soon as he got in. I highly recommend the storage facility for anybody on Marco or Naples. Prices are fair and service is top quality. It's climate-controlled so everything I had in storage was perfect after almost 3 years total.

Best storage on Marco Island. Hands down, no better place to trust your storage needs. Climate Controlled, of course as well as outside spots for boats, RV’s and such.
