I am very happy with both ladies I have dealt with here. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind every time. I would highly recommend Lake Wales Storage to anyone.

I think the best compliment is, I have no complaints. The hours for available access are reasonable, the facilities are always clean, rodent and insect free. The employees are always friendly and helpful when needed, which isn’t too often.

I’ve been using Lake Wales Storage for 2 years. The facility is well maintained. No leaves, dirt, or trash piled up in the corners. I never had an issue accessing the property through the security gate. You cannot open the gate unless you have the personalized passcode. The staff is always helpful. Very cool that the first unit as you enter the gate is a very clean bathroom!!! Dan C.

Really enjoyed meeting Ms.Dottie, she’s a really nice person. Helped us pick a good location to store our stuff. Helped us with an extra dolly. I would recommend this facility. I was very lucky, some workers saw me( an older lady) struggling with my husband’s comfy rocker/ recliner, they came over and immediately helped me . They got it down off the truck into the dolly, Ms. Dottie supplied me with. I had mostly unloaded the truck myself as my husband’s disabled. Our unit was nice and clean and very easy to get to. Ms.Dottie showed me how to do the lock and we were all set to go! I highly recommend this facility for its security too.
