I will give 2 stars because prior to closing my account with Lake and Trail storage there were no complaints. It wasn't until I closed my unit where the issue happened. I moved out of the state and verified with the two people the worked in office that my refund would come to me via. "Check". I was assured there would be no problem. This was late November when this all took place. Fast forward to today January 12 when I called to ask about the refund I was met with a woman on the phone who was not sure how to proceed getting the money to me but stated that she will have her "boss" Jay Brown call me back. When I received a call back from the lake and Trail representative I was told by the employee boss didn't want to deal with it and offered her bosses number. When I called to speak to Jay he was rude would not let me talk. For someone who is in charge he is horrible with customer service.

I don't go to the storage. I have been too the gas and tackle shop. There starting new and can improve. Prices are high. Go too Fastbreak next door more local owned. And you see that lake and Trail had something going on and there was a little deception and to be ahole the man just had to go over there and build that place next to Fast Break. I find that to be dirty when there's two other bait and tackle shops all within 200 yards. Not happy will not shop there I do not believe in dirty business and doing people that way.

I can see why this place has great reviews. Jay went above and beyond, and was kind and patient in renting me a unit. The process was also quick and smooth. Maybe 15 minute setup. Modern facilitiy. Thanks!
