Lake City Self Storage

Lots of added space! The neighborhood has enjoyed watching the new construction. The crew, efficiently framed and secured, more storage areas. It’s a needed asset to the growing community. Already, lots of activity is going on. 6 months later, and all I see are ongoing upgrades and increased use of this facility. It’s good to see a business, invest in itself. This is an organized/secure place, that just keeps getting better.

I've only had my storage unit for a month so my only contact with any staff is limited to the phone conversation when I got the unit. I must say though, it was a pleasant experience. Very nice, respectful and even continued the process after regular hours. Not sure on their numbering system though. It doesn't run consecutive, nor an odd/even scheme. Kinda threw me off trying to find my storage unit. So far, so good though. I don't foresee any problems that would arise. Definitely would recommend these guys. Update! I felt like I should update my review. After what I have gone through the past few months I can absolutely affirm that this is an awesome business to take care of your storage needs. I've tried to set up automatic payment for the last 3 months. No fault of theirs, just a couple of crazy events that made me have to freeze my bank account and wait for the new card. Needless to say, I was late on my bills. These people were never rude, very pleasant to speak with, and even understanding. So yes, I do and will continue to recommend this place.

#lakecitystorage is beyond disgusting. First, my unit had water leak in it so some of my items were ruined. These included hand made items by my aunt, and memorabilia I will never be able to get again. Second, I went to see about getting my stuff out of there and the entire unit was COVERED in roaches!!! I had to go through all the plastic totes right there and get rid of so much. Do what you want. I HIGHLY recommend you do not use this place.

After living for 7 years in a house without a garage or any kind of storage space, we have appreciated having Lake City Self Storage nearby. They are always on top of making some great improvements, and they keep the place clean and secure. The team is excellent at communicating with customers and is very responsive to our needs. The next time we need a storage facility, Lake City Self Storage will be our choice.

Very nice facility, Clean, pleasant and personal staff made it easy to to rent my Unit over the phone in 10 minutes. Fair pricing, even left a new lock in the unit for me. Thank you for your help. A-29
