In mid August 2024 I prepaid for 3 months but moved out after 3 days due to the excessive heat inside the structure. I was promised a refund, but after bugging them over and over again, and getting every different kind of lie I've given up trying. My impressions of this facility are not great, no matter the refund issue. It is a money pit. The owner took on a building that should have been condemned and is now finding out how challenging the refit is. There is junk everywhere, in the hallways, around corners. The floors are uneven and not smooth, with chunks taken out from a hundred years of abuse. There is shop gear everywhere, saws, etc. The place would be good as a set for a horror movie. The hallways are a labyrinth, the place was closed earlier than they said it would be and I would never do business with them again. I found air-conditioned storage at Bartons for the same price.
