I had rented 2 units at different locations.The support from Nick Gomez was above excellent. He was professional and patient as he handled several different requests. KO storage has a winner her. THANK YOU NICK!

A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! was directed to the wrong building 3 different times!!! And when I finally got to the correct one the doors were locked and I can not get ahold of anyone! Spoke to multiple reps over the phone and 4 times they put me on hold and never came back!!! I demanded a refund same day within 3hours of booking a unit and I was told I would get it back! This is day 8 and still NO REFUND. Do not waste your time with this place!!!! I have never seen such thing! And based off other reviews I’m not the only person!! I think they need to be reported to the news stations or even better business bureau at this point
