When looking or a space, I found several storage locations near me as they are on every corner like convenience stores and liquor stores. I went with it as it was one of the closest all though slightly higher than some others. With in first month they increased over 25% of monthly rent after ONE month. HOW ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. I called and they stated it was in agreement that they could increase at any time. "Yes, thank you, I can read". HOWEVER WHO THE HECK upcharges a quarter of your monthly rent in one month?!?!?! They proceeded to tell me it is due to high demand? Welpppp how is that a thing and even if it was when they are building nothing BUT storage facilities on every corner. Get it together. From someone who manages for a multi location business, with over 160 branches across the country, I promise that is not how one does business. Very sad, will be moving things out once done traveling for work. Shame on you

People were nice and found my locker with no problem, but was not told I would have to pay 20.00 to purchase a cylinder lock as pad locks don't work on most of the doors

Well Sunday morning we got there and our unit was completely open and a few things are missing.
