The Customer service I received from Rachel was exceptional. I’ve never had a Storage before so I had 100 questions and she knew exactly what she was doing and how to help me.
My company rents multiple parking spots from this location. We’ve never had any issues and always get taken care of promptly! P.S, Rachel is the best!!!

The property management at this location has been of no help whatsoever. They leave no notes in their system to help with your assistance when calling with issues. I have been working since September 18th to receive a refund that I was told I would receive after paying for a climate-controlled unit and not receiving what I had paid for. Online, it was advertised that I was paying for a climate-controlled unit, and I paid in full. When I went to pick up my keys, Rachel, the property manager, informed me that their air conditioning had been broken for two months. If this had been advertised correctly online, I never would have purchased this unit. I never moved anything in because I was waiting to receive written confirmation that I would be reimbursed for the rent I used the unit every month, as the air conditioning did not work. Because again: this is the service I had paid for. I never received a response from Rachel and had to take it upon myself to call in and speak with their customer service, who told me that they would reach out to the property manager and that I could expect an email or call from the property manager the next day. It was 24 hours later, and I still did not get a response, so I had to call the property manager AGAIN on my own, after I had been promised that I would receive a call or an email the next day. Rachel told me that what she had previously told me was untrue and that I could drop off my keys and receive a full refund. I did that, but I still have not received my refund. So here I am, yet again, reaching out for my refund, where I learn that no notes were left and I have to wait for the location to open to confirm with the property manager that I can receive my refund, which I have not been promised because it has to be CONFIRMED with the property manager. I am completely unhappy with the services offered at this location and will never use your services again.
I want to commend Clay for his outstanding service and professionalism. From the moment I arrived at the facility, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the rental process, and made sure I understood everything clearly. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and he made sure everything was in perfect order before I moved in. His friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter customer service this consistent and dependable he is truly an asset to your team.
