I have had mostly very good experiences at istorage (except for some glitches when switching from the hideaway brand). The place is clean and not odorous; the person up front (Paulette Robinson) is highly competent and pleasant; and I know that my stuff is safe.

The staff was just plain nasty. The place was supposed to be climate controlled but it was probably hotter inside than it was outside.....also saw reaches and they wouldn't even give us the code because we bought a storage unit and was cleaning it out. I wouldn't rent from this place just plain nasty.

I purchased a locker here earlier this week. Paulette was super friendly fast and efficient and i want to say thank you and i highly recommend renting a locker from here. Great service.
