This was the smoothest set up and move-in to a storage I’ve ever gone through. I’m looking for these going forward each year that I have to move for work.

They let someone else open a storage unit in my name without my permission, and when I wanted to take 3 storage units and put them all together into one big one it became nothing but a nightmare, I could not get into the other storage units to move them into a bigger one , and 2 weeks after getting the larger one I was locked out of that I was also lied to about how much I would be charged and could not ever get it all straightened out they hold no responsibility.i called at least once a week waiting to come to some kind of understanding and then screamed at that I never called and saw my unit up for auction even after the billed was paid and now I'm being told I'll have to pay to get the other person's storage out of my name..

Renting storage here was affordable and super easy. It is mostly self serve, which is great. If you have questions you can call someone and they answer right away. Clean and large spaces 👍

Robin does a great job managing the property and rental contracts. The facility is well maintained and there are rat traps everywhere. I have not had a problem with rodents. Super easy to move in and to move out. Keep up the great work! 👍

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a storage unit! I rented a climate controlled unit a few years ago and never gone back because it houses years of memorabilia, not stuff I need to get out and put back. BUT, I recently realized I needed a few items that are tucked away and then realized I don’t remember the gate code and can’t find the keys to the lock. So I contacted the manager. I honestly thought it was going to be a hassle to track down a person who could help me, but Robin replied to my email reply to a monthly billing receipt quickly and was not only extremely helpful, she went out of her way to help me on short notice due to the urgency in retrieving the items I needed. Then she called me to follow up and she couldn’t sound more cheerful and friendly on the phone! Shocking! You just don’t expect that anymore because her level of customer service is so rare. So, a storage unit may be just a storage unit, but someone like Robin is rarity!
