I came in a day before to get prices and the rundown. Robin explained everything perfectly and showed me available units. Came in a day later to rent it. She greets you with a smile and wonderful personality. I’ve rented many units over the years. Best experience I’ve had. Customer service like this is rare. Hope they keep her around!

I needed a small unit to hold personal belongings while I transitioned spaces. This location has small indoor units that were perfect sized for my needs. Everything was handled online (perfect for an introvert like me 😁)!! Facility is very clean!!

This is a great company to do business with. We have had a partnership with them for the last couple years now and are a pleasure to work with. Robin specifically is exceptional at her job between her communication, understanding and hard work ethic.

Robin is very helpful and went out of her way to assist us. We lost the key and she kindly found the maintenance person to come to our unit and assist on his day off. We have been long-time customers of the Beneva Road facility in Sarasota. The personal service we have received over the past year from the Property Manager, Robin, has been extraordinary. We had to quickly rent several storage units after the 2024 hurricanes destroyed my mother's house. Robin was efficient, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. She made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. Later this past year we had to rent more units following a death in the family. Again, Robin acted swiftly and professionally. Recently, we had to change our method of payment for some of the units. I was anticipating a bit of hassle to do this. But Robin took care of it right away, no issues at all. The facility itself is well-maintained and conveniently located, but it's having a manager like Robin that really makes for a top-notch customer experience.
