I met James for the first time today at our 2 storage units in Santa Rosa Beach and he was extremely polite and helpful! I highly recommend James and this storage facility!

Not a bad storage unit but be aware that they continually increase your price. The website says the price for a 5x10 unit is $62/month. They have increased mine to $105/month. Trying to cancel and actually talk to a real human is a nightmare.

We have rented a unit at this facility for years. James is the new on-site Mgr and he is friendly and approachable. He keeps a good eye on everything by periodically walking around.

Nice clean unit, easy to set up the lease and manager was onsite each day. He was extremely helpful and we would definitely rent a unit here again in the future! Highly recommend. Close to 30A, which was plus!

Sherry the property manager was very kind and professional. She was able to get my unit switched after we found that the one we rented did not meet our needs. Very pleased with my experience with her.
