Great place! They raised the rate $10 a month after like 9 months but besides that everything was flawless. No signs of bugs or water damage on anything, always very clean and easy to access. Move out was super easy too, the on site guy just closed me out.

I will change to a higher rating but right now both bathrooms are closed for the last week at all times! I don't want to call the number. Ask the manager why the bathrooms are closed. There is no note on the door or anything!

Price started at $61 a year ago and went up twice to what is now $90, an almost 50% increase for no reason. I’ll be removing my things next week.

What a joke. Went online on Saturday, signed an agreement and was told the unit is mine, just go on over. Went over on Sunday, the office is closed, and their is now way to lock the unit. Call the online help and they tell me I have to come back when the office is open to purchase a link from them. I explain that no one has mentioned that anywhere in the process, in fact they told me it was ready immediately. I then ask for my rate to be prorated, since I can't use it until I can get there when the office is open and they say that they do no prorate. I explain I've been mislead by the sales people, all I got was an apology. I then say I want my money back and to cancel the unit. After 20 more min on a call I was told they will process a refund but it can take 10 days. So far no refund. This place is a joke on par with signing up at a gym. I'd avoid this place at all costs unless you have the ability, when it is open, to go into the office. Even then who knows, I have yet to talk to a helpful honest person from the company. With 3+ more storage places in less than a 5 miles radius, you'd think they would have better customer service. Super disappointing experience, still hoping to get my refund. Ugh
