Like was amazing. Best storage unit rental I have ever done. Great place to rent.

Don't do it, unless u want your stuff destroyed weather it be from water coming in from the bottom of your unit or a fire caused by someone using a space heater that was living in a unit close by. Don't bother to try and contact anyone at istorage either they won't call you back. Also if your stuff gets destroyed, they will STILL CHARGE YOU!!!!

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Reasonably and fairly priced. Safe and secure. Good security procedures. Units pristine, and doors are functional and easy to open/close by 1 person (yes, that is an issue with other companies).

The storage units are clean ish. The seals on the bottom of the doors are completely missing allowing dirt and debris to accumulate inside the units. The staff are all very friendly and always willing to assist in any way they can. The facility is supposed to have a gate with restricted access however since “I Storage” acquired the property is has been left open and unsecured. Explanations seem to be different depending upon which staff member you ask. If you’re looking for a secured facility this one used to be good for that but not anymore.

Mr. Luke was very sweet and knowledgeable. He showed me to my unit and explained the process of moving in and out. We chatted over our home towns and got acquainted. The price is reasonable and the units have ac and an elevator for convenience. I got the 5×10 and its plenty of space for all of my things and then some.
