Just rented a storage unit and Nicholas was a big help drove me around looked at some different units. Customer Service was great. Look forward to doing business with this company.

I've used this facility for a long time now, has to be close to two years and have nothing but good words. Clean facility, never had any issues. Nicholas the property manager has helped me ten fold and again nothing but good words.

I’m a new renter. Nick, the onsite property manager, was very nice and helpful. I rented a parking space so no comment on the units. Gate was broken but should be fixed soon. Thus the 4 vs 5.

There was an accident caused by another customer to the building I have my unit in… Nicholas called me immediately and we assessed the damage to the building and found my door will not open due to the damage.. and he has been working closely with me ever since…. WE are hoping to get this resolved, ASAP.

Update. Upon writing this review, we were informed that the restrooms are locked permanently & no longer for public use. We are arriving with a uhaul & going to Publix is not an option as they suggested as we are going to he there for a LONG time! I have diabetes & have to go very often. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!! When we first got our unit here, it was 24 hours & they had their own lock station, and restrooms were available. They then increase their prices, it's no longer 24 hours, no more lock station & now they have their restrooms locked (everytime we've been lately)!!! I loved this place before. This is a gated storage place, absolutely no need to lock the restrooms to paying customers! 😡
