Dirtiest restroom I’ve ever seen. We’ve been coming here 5 days in a row and the restrooms still look like this. Disgusting. No trash can either. No staff at front desk first day of arrival and storage units not so clean. After reading the good reviews we were disappointed.

We used this facility to store some items for a few months. As with most storage, our rates went up after 3 months (as expected) but the increase was very small. Our issue is with ending our term. We vacated the unit on January 5 ( we were paid up until Jan 20), and have communicated with the facility 3 separate times to end the rent. However, we continue to receive notices and late charges. Calls are not answered at the facility and are forwarded to some sort of answering service. Very frustrating ! Also, the building is completely crumbling and the doors don’t actually lock. Choose a different storage and save yourself this hassle

Katie was solution oriented made me trust her in a bad financial need. Because of her trust I was able to get up to date and a huge success. She new exactly what I needed thank you Katie!

I have had a storage unit for about 10 years at iStorage and never had a problem there. I downsized my unit once and the move went smoothly. When I have gone into the office for help I have always been met by pleasant and professional staff. Highly recommend this location.

What a wonderful experience dealing with the ladies in the office! They are both so pleasant, helpful, and accommodating! They were very forthright with pricing info and expected timeframe for increases, which I appreciate. I have difficulty walking so without hesitation they gave me a unit right next to the door. Signing up was easy, efficient and super quick, the unit was clean and well lit, and entering and exiting with my code was simple. Highly recommend!
