I had such a great experience at iStorage! The customer service was honestly top tier. The staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for storage with people who actually care!

I had a storage unit at another location and after 3 months they doubled my payment. So I closed out and came here to istorage. The lady staff was friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. A warm smile a friendly face. One that said we're here for you. I am new to this location so we'll see what the future holds. But my first interaction was a pleasant one. So I do recommend I storage to anyone that's looking for fairness and a great price

Reserved a storage unit on 1/21 over the phone because the office was closed on Wednesdays. I arrived on property 1/22, at 5:45 pm and the office was already locked up and dark. Perhaps I should research other storage units in the area

Felecia was AMAZING! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process very easy for us. Storage space is very spacious and clean. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

Shaye is fantastic, so helpful, kind, and on too her customer service. She helped me get the unit I wanted and the parking space needed. Thank you very much was a pleasant experience.
