Hi rented a unit on last Saturday. In the midst of going through a storm. Ms Latoya brighten my day with wonderful conversation while providing excellent Customer Service. It really took my mind off the reasons I was there renting and made me happy I decided to rent there. I rented in the past with this location when it was named Personal Mini Storage and did not have this level of service. Happy IStorage is getting it right!!!!

Latoya was very welcoming and friendly. She assured that unit was well kept before entering. I highly recommend renting your unit here. Ask for latoya to assist you.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Wasn’t even there a year and they raised their rates three times. I scheduled my move out online on 12/15 and moved out by 12/31. When I went to inquire about why I was still being charged the front desk lady gave me attitude like the refund I was asking for was going to come out of her pocket. There are far better facilities with better customer service.

I never met nice person like her in my entire life She been patient with me almost hour from 5.20 pm to 6.20pm thank you Shaye

The property is well kept and clean. Definitely 10/10. Latoya was amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming. She was able to assist me on making the right decision on which size unit I needed.
