Patricia that worked Saturday was amazing, down to earth and kind. My elderly mother who does not use computers got all the help she needed from Patricia to sign up. They have great pricing and good security.

If you want to take the chance on getting your stuff stolen. Feel free to rent it here. I've been at this location since 2018. Didn't have a problem until they changed ownership. Shortly after the ownership change, my unit got broken into. And I got screwed out of my two thousand dollar insurance policy because there was no damage done to the Exterior door it's not my fault. Somebody knows how to cut a lock off clean. The manager will tell you that she walks the facility daily guarantee you she doesn't. Because while the cops were fingerprinting my safe that was pried open. They kept saying this happened a while ago. These are all old. If she walked the facility daily, she would have noticed a missing lock a hell of a lot sooner than she did. When you choose a facility, you're sold on the security. Didn't know this until the day my unit was broken into, but there's no cameras on the 3rd floor. You Since the new ownership customer service and the facility in general have gone downhill. So if you choose this location, be aware they're gonna require you to get insurance, but they're gonna do everything they can, so they don't have to pay. I'm sure they're gonna have a rebuttal to this review, but there's plenty Other bad reviews for this location that speak for themselves. So make your choice wisely or at least informed. If I could leave no stars I would.

Staff are friendly. That rat problem not long ago at the time was gross. I’d actually welcome the rats back though to get rid of the homeless guys and have the AC permanently fixed. Should have fired the AC company long ago! Must be annoying to call them out every week to patch the problem of the leaking unit.
