The Lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. We have rented storage units at this location for years because we live in Navarre, and we have never experienced treatment like this before. Unfortunately, this employee demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills. Despite making all of my payments on time, my storage unit was locked without any prior notice. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was because they were unable to reach me by phone. However, the reason they could not reach me was that they had my phone number entered incorrectly. This was not my mistake—I provided accurate contact information at the beginning of my lease. I asked why I wasn’t contacted by email before my unit was locked, as it would have been a reasonable alternative. Instead of addressing the issue, the employee repeatedly stated, “I don’t know you,” which came across as both unprofessional and dismissive. Suggesting that I provided incorrect information on purpose is completely unacceptable. In the end, we chose to cancel our lease, and the employee seemed pleased about that decision, which only reinforced our disappointment. There are many storage facilities in Navarre that value and respect their customers, and unfortunately, this location has lost our trust and our business.
