From initial search, best move in rate, location and every professional, helpful and kind person, on phone and property manager, Ethan, the entire process from start to finish was wonderful.

Since they bought out personal mini storage wich i have never had an issue with . But now i storage the new name they have raised rates 3x on me in just over a years time. I called and talked to corporate and they told me it was supply and demand. I said really so what are you trying to push us loyal customers that have been with you over 5 years and never been delinquent on a payment ., loyalty don't mean anything to you on your long term customers. He said he'd lower it 10 bucks a month . I then asked will that be for the remainder of the year and i will consider staying he said he can't garuntee there won't be another rate increase and it can happen before the year is over. I said well there is another one of your locations just down road the other way. I can move down there its cheaper it would suck to move my stuff but hey if I got to to get better rates for your supply and demand at the location ibmve been at for 7 years . He said oh no thats a promo thing for new customers to move in. You dont qauilify for that since you are a customer at another location. I said you got to be kidding me right . I said dang guy you have had 3 allready in just over a year and a half . I said ok man I will accept the 10 dollar a month off but I will be looking to find a new unit . There are others cheaper by the way I have called around today
