I recently came to pick up items from istorage unit after winning an auction, and Tracy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. She made everything easy and stress-free, and her positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Tracy, for providing such great customer service!

I don't know why this place has 4.7 but I was a customer for maybe 2 months. The front gate was broken it doesn't seem like they're going to fix it. And when I had too much storage in there I went in at around 3:30 to get a second unit. Nobody's there and I called to see what was going on. I waited there for over an hour and nobody returned. So I left slowly moved all my stuff out and went to a different storage unit. They had a bigger size they lost my business because they couldn't keep somebody on staff there. Listen storage units are a cash cow, if the business owner can't run a storage unit with one employee on staff and paying for maintenance of brick buildings then they don't deserve to have a business to be honest with you. I wish I could run and had the cash to purchase a cash cow storage unit. You guys are greedy fix your Gates and and train your stuff the right way if not then go in and set the front desk yourself. Do not get a storage unit here. I'm pretty sure people live there as well.

My concern is, was told the price goes up every three months. Starts with a discount. Need to hurry up and get out or downsize. Place is cleannnnnn and seriously on lockdown! Great place and employees are awesome!

I just moved some of my things into storage and went to the front office to buy a lock and Tracy helped me. She was such a sweet genuine lady. I really appreciate whoever hired her and put her at the front desk. She’s an amazing person And really helped me out a lot. She made me feel comfortable and buying a storage and a lock here she’s so inviting Tracy is the best.
