HORRIFIC experience. Countless robberies over past few months, and they never honor insurance claims. Company refuses to install cameras, probably because they’d be liable for theft. Refused to compensate for theft, instead went up on monthly rent. Disgusting and selfish management, taking advantage of innocent people. If you want to keep your belongings, DO NOT RENT HERE

DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!!! I have been robbed here TWICE, and corporate does NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! Insurance denies claims because the homeless/drug addicted people who hang around cut the locks and insurance refuses to pay. Corporate has been aware for MONTHS of more than 15 break ins and they do NOTHING. No security cameras, no compensation or break on rent despite being stolen from. Corporate is corrupt/greedy, regional manager is aware and does NOTHING. Precious treasures and memories stolen and they do NOTHING about it. Reached out to corporate 5 times and they won’t help or do anything at all. Management is aware of all the issues/breaks in/homeless who live there and they just continue to allow people to be robbed, and do not do ANYTHING about it. Do NOT rent here, do NOT give these people your money. This company needs to be investigated and reported. SKETCHY, GREEDY, HORRIFIC!!!!! Even the police say they come here multiple times for theft and to NOT rent here….! And if the company is reading this, don’t even respond with your “we’re sorry for your experience, call this number…” because calling that number and escalating BOTH ROBBERIES did NOTHING! You should be ASHAMED for taking peoples’ money, being aware of break ins, and not installing cameras or compensating everyone who has been stolen from, or doing anything about it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Multiple break ins over several months. Company does not follow through to up their security. Has no regard for theft, has to be an inside job. Won’t compensate any insurance claims for stolen items either. SKETCHY!! DISGUSTING!!

I've had a great experience using this storage unit, mainly because of Litcey! She's super helpful and always makes the storage process easy and stress free. I highly recommend this place.
