I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They just EVERY SINGLE GOOD MANAGER. I don't know what they do to their employees to make them leave all the time. You're lucky if you get a good manager for 2 years straight. I used to think this place was great. They used to do upkeep on the place. They used to have a maintenance guy come and fix things. They don't do any of that anymore. In fact the gates been open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for months now. When you bring it up, they say oh they had somebody come and look at it and the part was ordered and it should be fixed in a week or two. It doesn't get fixed. If you speak to somebody at corporate they say they're going to email the store manager or leave them a voicemail. Guess what happens? Nothing. The gate is still open. They don't care. Obviously, the owner of the property doesn't give a shit about his property anymore. He doesn't have any upkeep anymore. They have cameras that have been down for years. They can claim they have cameras but it's not enough. They're not good cameras and haven't been updated in years. Part of them don't work all of the time, part of them don't work some of the time, and some of them work most of the time. Not good security for sure. This location is going to be just as bad as the San Jose location soon. That location has a lot of theft. There's a bunch of people breaking into units. The gate was broken the last time I went through that one too. Oh, and the climate control at the Loretto location. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Don't put anything important in there because it's going to get ruined. Next time you look at one of the units, whether you already rent one or are thinking about renting one, look up. Up. I bet the whole top of your unit isn't covered. People can get in through the top. If they want in they're going to get in. And since the gates open all the time and the building doesn't lock, they can drive a vehicle right up and just take your shit. Who cares though. They just keep telling you it's going to get fixed. They're going to have somebody check on it. They're going to do this. They're going to do that and they do nothing. Don't rent here. It's a very bad idea.

Vanessa and Alex were great to work with; they answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns as a new Jax resident never going through a hurricane before (ie my questions were related to water exposure). The facility is very clean and comfortable temperature-wise, and super convenient. I’m walking away one satisfied customer!

I can’t say enough great things about Alex from the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping customers. You can tell he takes pride in his work because he doesn’t just answer questions—he makes sure you leave with a solution that fits perfectly.

Oh my goodness what can I say about Vanessa! I have a unit on their San Jose location. The entire process of renting that was flawless. I found i needed an additional unit. Vanessa even called to follow up with me to see if everything is ok. I went to view the unit to find the door to my new unit wouldn't open. I came to the office, and right away, she said, lets take a look. Once she got the door open for me, I realized it was to small. I panicked, cried on her shoulder, calmly, she said, we will find you a open unit. She was so professional and compassionate about my dilemma. I highly recommend iStorage .. Vanessa will take excellent care!
