5+ years at the facility. The reason I have stayed this long at this facility is solely for the manager at this location. Boogie is a great manager and very helpful whenever I have an issue with one of my multiple units. I live in Cape Coral, FL and followed Boogie to this location when he left the other location in the Cape. He runs the place well and I never have problems there. AAA+++

If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! Boogie went above and beyond to assist a customer of mine. He has been extremely responsive, respect, respectful, considerate, and professional. I have dealt with many on-site managers at self storage facilities, and Boogie is the hands-down best!

Working with Boogie at iStorage Fiddlesticks has been a relief! He has been extremely consistent and reliable for years, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is exactly what it should be. Whether it’s managing our storage needs or assisting with U-Haul rentals, it’s a relief to know Boogie is handling things because he makes 100% sure it’s done right. I’m very happy with i-Storage, and would strongly recommend the Fiddlesticks location in Ft Myers to anyone looking for professional and secure self-storage solution.

First off, I have to thank Boogie! The way he treats his customers is absolutely incredible. I actually ran into a few situations that posed a problem for me timewise, and Boogie was able to accommodate at a moment's notice. He made everything so seamless, and he actually cared about the situation I was in. He is masterful at his trade. And the units that he rents out are absolutely perfect, as well as helping you out if you have the need to rent a truck to move your belongings. I've recently moved out of the unit I was in, but if there's ever a need again for a Top Flight storage unit run by someone who actually pays attention to the customer and their needs, I would rent here again. Thanks Boogie! You truly run that place like I wish everyone would!
