Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped my mother and me set up a storage unit for our move to Fort Myers, and the entire process was seamless thanks to him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly patient and kind throughout. You can tell he truly cares about his customers.

It was so easy to rent from iStorage online. Make sure to get the lock from the office; it’s $12. Jason was very helpful and professional, and he had me on my way in no time.
