Jose was very accommodating and polite. Showed me a couple units. The place is older, I get it …. the ceiling thats sprayed with I guess a fire retardant foam is falling down. But it’s convenient for what I need .

I wish there was an option for a negative rating (this 1 star is overrated). How can a storage company offer insurance to you at the time of your rental agreement, but when your stuff is damaged from flooding in the unit, they tell you it's nothing they could do about it. 😡 Keep in mind I have been paying the insurance for over 80 months, and the property itself has insurance that covers floods, but it won't cover our property stored I side. There is so much damage to the point that everyone is being evicted. I will be taking this to the courts😡
