Lizz was a great help in getting me a great price for a big enough unit that’s easy for me to access to get my stuff moved. She was very nice and immensely helpful, and I was very pleased with her service. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Lizz was an excellent help with deciding what unit to rent, and made upgrading very easy and helped us pick out an ideal unit that's close to the doors and climate-controlled for a great price. Super friendly and pleasant to converse with while showing us where the unit was located. Will definitely come back if I need to rent again!

Lizz (Assist Manager) was fabulous. Being my first time renting a storage unit she explain everything in detail from unit sizes, the difference in climate controlled and outside units etc. Her customers service was very good from her greeting me when i walked in until I left. My husband and I are in the process of moving stuff to and from our storage unit. We live in North Crestview and forgot our keys to the lock. Lizz was very quick to respond and make our lives much easier. Instead of going back to retrieve the keys, my husband went to the office to ask if they could cut the lock. After verifying his account to ensure he was the owner of the items in storage, she said she could assist, with a smile on her face and a very sweet personality. Although she was the only one in the office, she didn’t hesitate to lock the office, quickly come to the unit and cut the lock for us. She was cute putting on her protective gear and ensuring I was far enough away so the sparks didn’t get me. She was so friendly and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience or a bother. She kept her pleasant personality as she worked and chatted with us very briefly before going back to the office. Thanks a bunch Lizz!! You were a life saver!
