Great place to rent storage! The prices are on the higher end but the customer service is top notch! Tammy Frederick, the service representative on Chiquita Blvd, works with you as a person and not just a renter. You get what you pay for…and I will get my rental space from Tammy and the Chiquita Blvd facility above any others out there. Thanks Tammy and staff!!

I love this storage facility!! I’ve been renting here for a year & a half and the manager, Tammy, has been so friendly and helpful!! She is always very pleasant and positive & makes sure the facility is clean and taken care of. We look forward to seeing her when my son and I come by the unit!

I just noticed right now that I got charged on December 10th even though I moved out December 7th. I'll see you first thing in the morning to complain. Also I didn't have funds in that account so you owe me another $30 on top of that. Went there in the morning the store is closed until the 15th even though it says they'reopen at 10pm. I called headquarters and they can't do anything until management from this facility comes back to work on the 15th. Quick to take my money but can't give it back in a reasonable time. This is theft. Update 72 hours later and nothing has been done about my refund. Another day and another update still no response from management nor my money back into my bank. Remember my move out date was December 7th. December 9th they gave me a move out receipt of $0.00 on December 10th they charged another month fee even though I moved out here i am December 16th with no word from management.

Facility is OK, but they give massive rent increases soon after moving in because they know you've spent a lot of time and effort moving and it will be difficult to move again. Also, hardly ever anyone in the office during posted office hours.
