We’ve been using iStorage for more than 10 years and are always very happy with our experience, but the best part of our experience is working with Belinda! She is fantastic! She has always made everything perfect all the time!

So far, so good! If your moving van is a semi (18 wheeler) entry is a tight squeeze, but my Wheaton drivers were rock-stars, and Mark in customer service stayed on the line with me, assisting me change storage units for easier delivery. All said and done, Mark kept my move from being a long drawn out experience.

We had a scheduled appointment to move into a unit and waited over two hours for a manager who was nowhere to be found. After multiple calls to their corporate office, we were given no answers and no help. The lack of professionalism and reliability was beyond frustrating. Thankfully, we went across the street to Extra Space Storage, where we were immediately greeted by a knowledgeable and professional manager who actually cared about helping us. While Extra Space’s prices were slightly higher, the security, customer service, and peace of mind made it 100% worth it. Don’t waste your time with iStorage—take your business to Extra Space Storage instead!

Used to be good. They keep increasing prices every several months to existing customers, while their website offers much lower pricing. Basically I could get much better price on the same unit, but would need to cancel my storage, then rent a new unit and just move there. Ridiculous. Will be looking for a new storage.

Your onsite manager was most accodating in securing our desired unit. He performed in excess of our expectations. We have rented from this location once before. The unit was extremely clean and read for us to move our things in. And we feel it us quite tesonable. Great job!
