iStorage has a new area and an old area. The online deals are fantastic. Jasmine in the office was able to steer me to a new area section where the lights work great, the storage area was clean and the doors were easy to open and close. Jasmine did a great job of putting me in an easy location to unload and take in my storage items. My storage area is adequately temperature controlled but it is spring so we shall see what summer brings. There are plenty of garage type areas and places to park vehicles as well. This is close to where I live so very convenient. They do have an old building that should be renovated and cleaned up and some of the roads need pot hole repairs but other than that I am happy for the time being. Jasmine-Thanks for assisting me with just the right storage place for my needs.

I had a bunch of questions and Jasmine who was working the concierge or front desk at the time was very sweet and explained things to me perfectly. It’s not easy choosing a storage unit but I truly felt like Jasmine made me feel heard and cared for. Thank you for being kind and going over all my questions and overthinking.

Jasmine is a nice professional very polite always have a smile on her face and I’m still here because of her, there’s no comparison to her to my experience with all other places she’s a asset to this company always on top of everything
