Terrible customer service! Christine took several days to return my call about both access doors being broken and I was unable to access my unit for 2 weeks. How is an employee gonna ask a customer to prove their issues? Was I supposed to take a picture every day I was unable to access my unit? Then you call the number and they send an email to the property manager to call you back which takes several days if you’re lucky. Tenants were NOT notified that we didn’t have access to our units. Which is highly unprofessional in my opinion. Christine stated if there was a problem she would know since she’s the only one who works there! Maybe that’s the issue!

Worst place ever. My girlfriend had a unit for when i moved here and when we got all of our stuff not only did the place smell like something died in one of the u units; our golf clubs were STOLEN!!! When we noticed this we went to ask for them to check the footage and were told they might do it and never heard a word again. So if you dont want your stuff taken DONT GO HERE!

Staff made the process go very smoothly. Very happy with the cost of the storage unit Building clean.

I'm a returning renter to iStorage and I have to say that Laurine was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. The process for renting a unit was quick and straightforward. I'm also satisfied with the rate I got for my 10 x 10 unit. Good job iStorage.

We needed a storage unit for our move and was greeted by Christine. She was very friendly and informative. Very pleased with the unit and would definitely return if ever in need of another unit. Facilities were clean and easily accessible.
