Had the worst experience here. They allowed a non working vehicle to block my trailer for 2 days and said to me sorry there is nothing we can do but we’re working on it and due to that I lost 2 days worth of pay. Also they have no cameras in the back where I parked my trailer and someone hit me and claimed that I hit them. Didn’t stay that long due to lack of professionalism and supervisors lying and telling the front desk not to give me there information because they don’t want to be bothered is extremely unprofessional so I don’t recommend this storage location at all especially if you are parking a company vehicle there.

Great facility, nice and clean!! The staff Tye and Rhonda were absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and helpful! This location is highly recommended!

The staff on site was rude and my parking spot had a SUV in it and I was not able to utilize my space I just reserved the day before and also their was a trash bag right next to my assigned parking spot also I couldn’t use the handicap parking as one of the staff members felt entitled to use it without proper decal or Handicap sign . Staff was rude speaking with me on the follow up call as well .
